External Reply

External replies can be quickly replied to by exporting an internal opinion Excel table, adding replies to the table, and importing them into the system. It now supports importing external replies to individual files and all files in a single directory

Before operation, it is necessary to configure the project opinion template. Please refer Template configuration, When operating, you should first export internal opinions, fill in the reply in the internal opinion form, and then import the form filled in the reply

1.Export internal comments

In the project file list, click on the Export Internal Comments button in the operation bar on the right side of the file, and wait for the internal comments in the file, that is, the comments marked as Inner, to be exported

2.Import External Comments

After adding a reply to the internal opinion form of the file, click the Import External Reply button on the operation bar on the right side of the file to pop up the Import Reply pop-up window. Click the Click Upload button to upload the external reply Excel file, and then click the Upload File button External replies are imported into the file, and users can view the imported external replies on the file circle annotation page

3.Directory operation

In the project file list, click the Export Internal Comments button on the right-hand side of the directory operation bar to export the circular comments and replies of all files in this directory and its subdirectories in Excel file format

After adding a reply to the internal opinion Excel file, click the Import External Reply button in the operation bar on the right side of the directory in the project file list, and a pop-up window for importing the opinion form will pop up. Click the Click Upload button to upload the external reply Excel file, and then click the Upload File button. The external reply will be imported into the file, and users can view the imported external reply on the file circle annotation page

Import directory external replies, up to 10 external reply Excel files can be imported at once

The external reply Excel file name is the unique identifier that matches the imported external opinion file. If the file name does not match, the external opinion file will be ignored for import

If there are files with duplicate names in the directory, external replies will be randomly imported into any of the files with duplicate names
